I am an outcome-driven Leader, Systems Architect, and Solutions Evangelist with a Master of Engineering and more than two decades of experience driving innovation, building high-performing teams, and delivering enterprise-scale transformation. My career blends engineering, analytics, and architecture with a consistent focus on operations, knowledge, and data management.
I bring experience across multiple dimensions — engineer, architect, developer, project manager, and director — where I have led initiatives that integrate engineering discipline, agile development, automation, and distributed systems into robust, scalable solutions. As a senior .NET developer and solution architect, I specialize in building user-focused, feature-rich applications, while as a Solution Evangelist, I champion the adoption of emerging technologies, distributed systems, machine learning, and analytics to drive long-term value.
My expertise spans data engineering, acquisition, storage, real-time and batch analytics, and predictive modeling. I am fluent in C#, VB.NET, Python, SQL, and VBA, and have a track record of delivering integrated applications, automated workflows, and resilient knowledge systems that enhance decision-making and operational outcomes.

I approach every project with a philosophy of robust, reliable, resilient, and reproducible solutions. To me, knowledge engineering is data engineering — combining real-time tactical analytics, forensic insights, and predictive forecasting to maximize business outcomes.
As a leader, I am committed to collaborative, cross-disciplinary team building, guided by the principles of the 5th Discipline / Learning Organizations. My leadership philosophy is simple: “The best team member is the one who can work anywhere, but chooses to work here.”
My career began in military avionics systems, and since the 1990s I have delivered systems for energy, public sector, and enterprise operations, including integrated information systems, real-time process management, predictive analytics, and advanced decision support. I have led small agile teams and interdisciplinary engineering groups, as well as industry-leading analytics initiatives in proactive predictive modeling and data mining.
Beyond delivery, I am a recognized speaker, author, and educator. I contribute to industry conferences as an Applied Systems Engineer and Machine Learning Architect, publish in energy and technology journals, and serve as a Professor of Computer Science, mentoring the next generation of technologists.
